1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We ship from our warehouses in Hong Kong and Fujian, China. Below is the complete list of countries and regions we currently ship to based on your Shopify shipping zones:

Standard shipping is free to every destination listed below. The table shows the estimated delivery window per region; any expedited options would be quoted at checkout.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy upon item delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. We charge NO restocking fee ($0.00) on all returns, and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we refund the product purchase price to your original payment method.

How to Return an Item

Initiate Return

Email info@agaicpower.com with your order number and reason for return.

Receive RMA Label

We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a shipping label.

Ship Item Back

Securely package the item with the RMA visible on the outside of the box.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All product prices exclude international duties and taxes. Buyers are responsible for any customs, import duties, and taxes incurred upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are not included in the order total or shipping cost shown at checkout.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Please provide a valid physical street address for delivery. Orders placed with PO Box or APO/FPO addresses will be cancelled and refunded.

7. Sales Tax (United States)

Sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout in accordance with state laws. Where applicable, the correct state sales tax is collected at the time of purchase based on the shipping destination.
